# Arrow

> A bundler for the PonsFamily launchpad on Robinhood Chain (chain id 4663).
> Creates a token and buys its opening with up to 32 wallets that are exempt
> from the launch tax, then manages the position from one page.

Arrow is a working product on mainnet, not a proposal. It also publishes a
free tool that analyses any PonsFamily launch, and the statistics below come
from those analyses.

## Key facts

- PonsFamily (pons.family) is a token launchpad on Robinhood Chain.
- A launch mints its entire supply onto a bonding curve; there is no
  liquidity to seed and the curve is the counterparty from the first second.
- Buying opens with a tax of 99% that decays to nothing. The deployed
  contract returns a three-second window; the published documentation says
  five, and the contract is the one that settles trades.
- Selling is never taxed by the opening tax.
- A creator names up to 32 addresses at creation that the tax does not apply
  to. The list is fixed at creation and cannot be extended afterwards.
- A launch graduates at 4.2 ETH collected. Its reserves seed a Uniswap v4
  pool and the position is transferred to a locker permanently — no
  withdrawal function exists, for the creator or for the protocol.
- Robinhood Chain orders transactions by arrival rather than by fee, so
  paying more gas buys no advantage.

## Definitions

- **Bundling**: naming several wallets on a launch's exemption list and
  buying the opening with all of them at once, so the team acquires supply
  at the lowest prices without paying the opening tax.
- **The opening**: the first blocks after a launch, while the tax on buying
  is still material. On PonsFamily this is roughly three seconds.
- **Exemption list**: the addresses a creator names at creation which the
  opening tax does not apply to. Maximum 32, fixed permanently.
- **Graduation**: the moment a bonding curve sells out and its reserves
  become a Uniswap v4 pool with permanently locked liquidity.
- **Dev buy**: the creator's own purchase, executed inside the launch
  transaction itself, so nothing can trade before it.
