Before you write
A launch did not go the way you expected
Send the token address. Everything that happened is on chain, so with that one line we can reconstruct the whole sequence — what filled, what did not, and what the tax was at the moment your wallets landed.
You need your private keys
Every wallet in your account has a Show key button next to it. If you would rather have them exported some other way, ask.
Funds went to the wrong network
The same address exists on Ethereum and Arbitrum too, and the keys are the same, so nothing is lost — it is sitting on a different chain. Write and we will walk you through moving it.
We will never ask for a seed phrase
Nobody from Arrow will ask you to send funds, share a seed phrase, or paste a private key into a chat. Anyone who does is not us.
